Manufacturer? It is the sellers resposibility. And you can never trust a manufacturer or seller when it comes down to telling you what their responsibility is. They usually lie. At least they do in Sweden when they try to sell you an extra insurance.

I do not know. They have to make this argument than and see if it is accepted. I assume consumer rights organizations have guidelines for these things. My point was that they did not try to make this argument.
