I think 16 years of dance class helped when I was a child/teenager but there's not much opportunity for that kind of thing as an adult unless one is doing it in a professional capacity. I don't think my occasional sashaying down the aisles at work counts as professional dancing.

I have found improvement at yoga and body balance classes. All adult ages attend. Blokes and Sheilas. At first I fell over a lot, but I am getting better now.
