Nope, unless they're clocked at different rates.

I was hoping for a CPU upgrade from the 600 to the 650. The 600 still gags like crazy on a large ePUB like the NIV Bible from the Sony store.

I'd never heard of BogoMIPS, and was pretty surprised by the definition.
