I'm a cigarette smoker who hasn't smoked in 12 years. One day at a time. I sublimate my oral cravings with good food. It does NOT help my waistline, but it does wonders for my lungs and tongue. But with care, I'm staying only 10-14 lbs over what I weighed in my early 30's when I was a semi-pro athlete. The trick is to cut up you food so the calories fall out.
