I wonder if it would have glare? The initial glare was because of the touch layer, same as the 600, with the new pearl screen, there's so much more contrast that an extra layer of matte glass should give the screen the clarity of the 505.

When I want to read in day or indoor light, I use my 505, but most of my reading is done at the end of the day, when I'm winding down and have more ambient lighting on. Of course, right now it's sitting on the charger because I've drained it already even thought I'm not finished reading. My 600 is only used on the StairMaster reading rack which is where I also keep a Mighty Bright Flex2 clipped. And my Kindle is only used when I can only find an ebook on Amazon.
