You can pre-order a black one here:
http://www.abt.com/product/48678/Sony-PRS950BC.html A silver one is pictured, but the site clearly indicates it will be black and the product code is consistent with a black color.
I have never bought anything from them, but I did put in a pre-order. They only say ETA November 2010.
