Smile PRS 350

Okay.... I broke down.. had to get it..
The 10% BB coupon didn't work.. but I had a $5.00 rewards coupon.. darn taxes! oh well..

I sold my PRS600 and don't like the ipad for long term reading.. a bit heavy and bright..

-- The 350 is very sharp and very portable size.. love the touch features of the 600 and improved interface.. especially creating collections on the fly on the device.

2 GB is plenty for books.. more and things slow down and harder to find..

50 books so far and well.. anymore and the signs of ADHD will be too obvious!

I am not disappointed by downgrading from 6" to 5" ... I read at XS font size on the 350 for now..

More impressions lately.
BB in stock for the 350

SonyStyle store at South Coast Plaza has both.. I opted to not get the 650 model.
Didn't use more than 2GB storage and never used the ProDUO slot nor the audio feature..

The 350 is fantastic!!
screen super
size/weight super
..
now must find a nice case.. was using the caselogic zipper case for the prs600 with an wrapsol entire body skin..don't know if I will "skin" the 350..

cheers!

Sony did a good job.... initial impressions are positive! (although a bit pricey- but worth it! ) lol
