Exactly what happened to me. Couldn't download epub (which is what I bought) for a long time. Emailed customer service and they immediately switched it to ereader (pdb), which I absolutely HATE
. No replies to emails about the format, so I'm resigned to it at this point (luckily pdb works on the nook and it did download fine).
Just sucks because its metadata is unfixable without drm-stripping and there's nothing out there that strips pdb drm without decompiling the damn thing. Oh well...
.
Aside from this, it's still a great deal.
