I'm not advocating copyright infrindgement but....
Sometimes with earlier games there's been so many psedo copies it would be next to impossible to sue everyone.
How many knock offs have we seen of say..Tetris and Asteroids?
If you type in "play zork zero" you'll get plenty of google responses.
