Glad you like the name, i'm rather fond of it myself. As for Chapel Hill, its a small university town on the east coast of the United States. A "Heel" in my post refers to the mascot of that university - a "tarheel" - named such for thier bravery in battle. During the american civil war, these men were said to be so brave that they stuck to thier positions as if they were glued there by having tar on their heels. Hence the name. The university adopted it in the late 1800s though the university itself was founded in 1797.
