Im in Australia too and I do not have this problem. Im wondering if you had registered yourself as a US candidate, and that they are giving you a time and date from the US instead of Australia's?

edit: also, check if your selection is on last book read on the 2nd to top right hand corner? I have set mine on collections. So I don't need to look at unsorted books.
