Bump USBNet to v0.19.N

* Fixed dropbear for scp support. scp to the kindle shouldn't horribly die anymore

* Bundle & symlinks an lsof binary
* Symlink rsync into $PATH
* Bundle & symlinks an htop binary, because busybox's top made me want to tear my face off, and because htop rocks. (Note that we don't have the usual htop pretty colors, but it's still far more usable than busybox's top).
