I just got my new Libre from Borders. It came with no SD card and firmware 1.5.

I tried to upgrade to 1.8, but it won't go.

I have heard rumors that a staged upgrade (1.6 to 1.7) will have a better chance of going. Anyone have any info on that?

And of course, if so, does anyone have copies of the firmware upgrades?
