I find the current collection sort option absolutely useless. When I select, sort by Collection, why the heck does it sort my collections by most recently read? It is fubar. and the fact that the collection sort includes books not in collections at the bottom of the list - that is not sorting by collection.

One of Amazon's big marketing things is the Kindle can hold 3500 books - ya, good luck with that with the current sorting options.
I don't mind having no cover view. I have a collection called ' Reading' with about 10 books I'm reading now. My other books (2000 ca.)I've sorted in about 20 collections. It's a bit of work; but once it's done, I'm good. Also gave me the opportunity to reread and select some 'forgotten' books.
If I have + 100 books in a collection I'll make two of them( like A-H, I-Z etc.).
I only have 2 or 3 series though, so sorting and finding the books is relatively easy for me.
I'd like some more time to read; that's all.
