When you say 'did that', do you mean my instructions in my last post or the quick overview in the post just following that?

And have you, by any chance, tried turning on your Cybook, waiting until it finishes booting, *then* plugging it into the PC and *THEN* turning on Mobipocket Reader? That way, the Cybook should be on and recognized by your PC *before* you enter MR6.1. At which point, MR should at least see the Cybook as an external storage device under the 'Devices' list. (On my system, it shows up as Removable Storage (N: ) when I have the SD card installed as well as an actual 'reading' device (Cybook (O: )). When the SD card is not there, it just shows as Cybook (O: ).)
