well the Nook has had a series of firmware updates, 4 so far since it's release last October. and the next one i would be surprised if more sorting/folder options aren't part of the next one. What I do in the meantime is use Calibre for my Folders and such. It's worked out well so far, since my library is on Calbire as well.
