I have been trying to convert from .pdf to .epub
Everything works just fine except the document I need to convert (school notes) are in pdf and within the pdf there are "note markers" which refer to a side note. The side notes are sometimes at the bottom of the page or to the extreme right.

When I convert to epub, the side notes gets scrambled in with the other text of the document.

Is there a way to prevent this from happening?
Honestly, if this problem is solved for me, I don't mind contributing to the further development of the software.

I tried uploading a file of what I have in the .pdf. Hope its uploaded properly.
