I do talk with them. I make my estimates based those conversations. Like anything else in humanity, it spans a range.

But this conversation illustrates the pitfalls of forums like this, where a single word can change perceptions. Had I said "talk with" rather than "talk to", it appears I would have provoked a completely different response from you.

(And yes, talk with would have been better usage.)
