The problem with a public bathroom.... You go to the bathroom, you then wash your hands. So to exit the bathroom, you touch the germ filled door handle. So now your one of your hands has germs. You can go back and wash only to get germs again. What you need to do is get a paper towel or toilet paper and hold that as you open the door. Then you have to figure out how to dispose of such.
It's a lose-lose situation no matter what you do.
