I just got my Kindle 3, but I'm hanging onto my prs-300 (for now) because I have a bunch of epubs in my TBR pile and don't want to go to the trouble of converting them all for reading on the Kindle. Plus, with the Sony there is the option of borrowing ebooks from the library. I haven't borrowed from the library yet, but I like that my Sony reader has that option without needing to jump thru loops to get the ebooks onto the reader.
