For future use you can switch the author and title field with the click of a button (the yellow arrow between title and author) in the metadata information window. Or you can do it in bulk by selecting all affected books opening the edit metadata window and checking the box Swap title and author. See attached.

Also you can manage all authors by right clicking on authors in the tag browser and selecting "manage authors" see attached.
