Hmm. It is a very interesting point of view. I never thought about it like that.

Reading is a process for me. Absorbing information with my eyes, not concentrating on what I hear is a very important thing. I have had a go on audiobooks a while ago. I have noticed that I catch myself thinking about something else. I would get back to the story, sometimes I could listen for 20 minutes, then it would repeat. Absolutely randomly. Reading is supposed to be fun and relaxing for me. When I feel uncomfortable, then it is not my cuppa. Frustration at myself for being inattentive, for loosing concentration so easily and berating myself for it is in no way resemble a well spent time
