Count to Five while continuing to hold the button.
Release the connect button.

You should see the boot image appear. After a second or two, the whole screen will flash white, and it will start the update.

Important! If everything is fine you should see that the screen clears up (turns white). If not, check if you pressed the buttons in the correct order. If not - your iliad might be in trouble .. Recently I've got one where no blank screen appears = I cannot reflash it with CF.
