I've got a K2, no K3 yet. Don't even think I really want one at this point. Always thought the Kindles had the fastest turns (especially when I used to compare them to the nooks) The 350 is maybe a split second faster than a K2. So, I'd imagine it'd be on par with the K3. I think it's pretty snappy though.
The other night I was reading and fell into old habits from previous generation readers. I was reading and hit the page forward button when I was about two lines from the bottom of the page and it flashed before I could read the two lines.
I think I'll be going with a Black/Red.

Well, you were correct. I tested with a few other books and I'm happy to report no delays in loading at all. I had not heard anything about problems with "World Without End" as Im fairly new to eReaders, so thank you for the info.
I'm really enjoying this little Sony 350. It's going to be a tough decision as to which one to keep. I WANT to keep both, but it seems a little extravagant for someone who is brand new to eReaders to have two. I really do like being able to surf the web on the K3 (and the browser actually works fairly well), but the Sony is just nicer to read with....
