Hello,
I've reviewed our previous correspondence and your account. I understand you're concerned about the free Kindle content and I hope I can help.
Currently, we offer only few free books for international customers. Please purchase the free content available from the amazon.co.uk as the availability of free content my change according to the region.
I've taken your concern regarding the transfer charge of $2.30 and availability of free books in your country as a feedback and forwarded it to our Kindle team.
It is always important for us to hear how customers react to all aspects. Your valuable feedback will help us to improve the selection and service we provide.
I hope this helps to explain things more clearly. We look forward to seeing you again soon.
Did I solve your problem?

Am I right in thinking they actually allow me to change my adress to UK so I can visit and get some free books? We'll see.
