I've been looking for sources but anything on MathSciNet seems to be in PDF or PS. I'll ask around, though.

I did manage to find how to keep pages from running together in pdflrf using the embarrassingly obvious checkbox, so I've got a 1-page-pdf-to-2-pages-lrf thing going on, which is better than the alternative.
