In addition, clamshell design decreases the size of the device when it is folded, hence opening up a possibility to increase the page size of the reader. What I want to see (and buy) is a clamshell design for a4/letter capable reader, with two half-pages, rather than two pages (or two screen areas for different functionality) of the book. Obviously, there is a need for very nice hinge design, virtually nonexistent frame along the connection edge and some sort of mechanical locking of the device in open position.
