I don't know about the Story, but my Opus is extremely comfortable to hold. I prefer to hold it in two hands, but when I need to hold something else (such as a glass of wine

) it's perfectly comfortable with one hand. My previous reader was a Cybook Gen3 and was just as comfortable, maybe even more, except that I was always afraid I would drop it when I held it with only one hand on the subway. The Opus feels more secure because it is smaller, and maybe because of the design. But they are both light enough to be held easily in one hand, and for as long as I want to read. More comfortable by far than a paperback.
