A wiki would be a great edition, but I think a forum would be useful as well.
The wiki page could aggregate common solutions, FAQ's, or user recipes.
There are tons of (maybe most?) very forum type posts in the Calibre Recipe sticky as well. Such as "I'm not getting the behavior I expect with this recipe, could someone help?".
I think these types of support and help requests would be very forum appropriate.
