I have had the same problems. It is often just a group of 10 - 20 lines in a cluster that seems to have the problem and seldom more than a few times per file. I just manually edit them in BD.
If the entire file came out that way I would go back and convert the LIT file to RTF and edit it in MSWord with Stingo's Word Macro.
