Mrscoach, I have frequently noticed the very poor customer service at Best Buy. They are obviously low-wage workers who don't work on commission and couldn't care at all about their customers. Thanks for letting me know what you saw; I'm still waiting to check out an actual working Kindle, and perhaps buy one that I can put my hands on.
