I'm astounded.
I've ordered lots of stuff over the years from amazon.com -- including a Kindle 2 and a Kindle 3 -- and there's never been a glitch in delivery to Toronto. I prefer Canada Post since I can sign at the local drug store on my schedule vs. UPS which I need to be home for (duhhhh ... I work during the day). The UPS tracking system works as expected. My Kindle 3 shipped on a Sunday and arrived Monday morning. I had a similar experience last Nov with the Kindle 2.
New orders are listed as "expected to ship in 3 to 5 days".
