I think its one of the Pro's of buying a device from the likes of Sony : you just know that at the very least you'll get some sort of service, with Bookeen I'm not so convinced.

I emailed them on monday at 20.20(Paris time) and got an answer at 01.08 (Paris time) - I thought that was fast - guess they are working at night
I am still waiting for my shipping confirmation - my orderID is 3008.
