Yes I did. Then I realised the reader wasn't showing up at all in ADE despite rebooting computer, restarting reader etc. In the end, after a long online chat with Adobe, I gave up. All they would say that it was down to Sony, and of course Sony say it's Adobe! I think it's obviously something to do with my using a Mac (Snow Leopard). I thought it was all supposed to be Mac compatible now, but perhaps not. Unfortunately I can't remember how I authorised it to start with but I definitely didn't register for the Sony ebook store - they wouldn't recognise any of my email addresses when I tried to log in.
Cmd+Shift+D did offer to deauthorise my computer so I'm sure Cmd+Shift+E would work, if only ADE recognised the reader. I'm sure it used to, but it certainly doesn't now. I did download the new version of ADE, maybe this caused problems, I just don't know.
Anyway, I needed to post it to the new owner this morning so I ended up doing a hard reset and hoping for the best. When I did this, it did say something like "resetting DRM ???", so hopefully it will all be OK.
Thank you for your reply though.
