Yes, this is correct, but according to that website everything is out of stock and there is no way to do an international order.
And $25 for shipping isn't so bad - it was $45 to get my PP to Australia.
If Astak don't get their act together pretty soon, they will lose sales (if they haven't already). They must have some idea of when the website is going to be back up.
