To be fair, most ISP techs are trained to start with lowest-common-denominator types who don't know their LAN from their WAN (they just loooooove me
), but that's like leaving a nickel tip for a waitress instead of just leaving nothing at all.
I'd just block it at the firewall and tell 'em thanks for nothing.
