Actually, Bob, you said, a couple of posts back, as a clarification, that:

...which seemed to imply--hell, outright state--that you weren't using the external TOC because it required a caption associated therewith. I was merely advising that it doesn't. As I apparently misunderstood your statement, fine--don't use it.
