Not necessarily eInk Devices, but the Jetbook and Jetbook-Lite as well as some back-lit LCD readers support Barnes and Noble DRM (Or have the Nook application pre installed).

Yes, and you can do the same with the Nook as well... and of course like with the Kindle, you have to be willing to let other know what you are reading.
