I picked up the silver PRS-350 today at Best Buy in Hamburg, NY. It was the only one that they received, and it was in the back room. They did not have a display model or accessories, so I bought it based on the pics I've seen here. Thanks for the enabling! I like it a lot.

Pros:
It weighs the same feather-weight as my Opus.
Silent page turn like the Nook and PRS-600.
The Pearl screen has noticeably darker blacks than the Opus (my husband noticed as soon as I took it out of the box and I hadn't even said anything to him). It only has slightly darker blacks than the Nook.
PDF reflow (not an option on the Opus)

Cons:
I did really want WiFi for Wikipedia and book-buying. When the specs of the PRS-950 are announced, I'll take a long hard look at it.

One thing I haven't seen anyone mention is that the back has a slightly different texture - I wouldn't quite call it rubberized, but the paint has more grip, less slip, than the front.

Best Buy didn't have accessories, so I'm keeping it the PRS-300 Clutch case that I just bought on eBay for $5 (I bought it for the Opus).

Thanks for sharing the pics. I can't tell from any of the pics I've seen - is the the 350 front cover a navy blue, or a black? Or both?

I REALLY want that green and cream one I posted about earlier, but I don't even see it on Sony's site, so I wonder if it was a prototype
