Yes, the 950 is the model (not yet released) that will have wi-fi and 3g (if I'm not mistaken). I'm deciding between the 650 and the 950 (not because of wi-fi or 3g, but because I think that the extra inch would be great for PDFs). But man, that 350 looks so great. Realistically, though, I'm probably never going to carry it in my pocket, and the 950 would fit into all of my purses.
