Energy Blue (aka Royale) is a new theme for Windows XP. Its an official Microsoft theme taken from Windows XP Media Center Edition 2005. Because it is official, it does not require you to patch or replace any system dll.
It is a great style, a lot better than Luna, give it a try!
To install it you must extract the archive content to your
system drive\windows\resources\themes
and double click Royale.msstyles.
