I just uploaded 141 books in 1m13s. As long as you turn it on and let it sit for about 5 minutes or so, it will index the thumbnails just fine. And then you shouldn't have any more crashing issues...Or just page forward in your books until you get to the end and let it sit there for a while. It'll load everything previous.

Still trying to figure out the cover art issue with my books. It's only 21 out of 200, so it's not too big of an issue. But, maybe I'll get it tonight..
