I don't know witch store is it, although I noticed that:
1- I've bought apps successfuly with my credit card.
2- I've noticed some app reviews in portuguese and none in english or any other language
3- Although iPad is not available in Portugal, there's a iTunes Store in this country (although I can't be sure that's the one my iPad is synching to).
I probably should ask for a refund of the iPad if they don't let me use it in its full capacity.
