I saw this test done with other ereaders..

the connection need to be done over usb, and usbnet most likely..
obviously the pc must run linux with X etc..

so any dettailed suggestions ?

Anyway, if you intend to show on the DR screen apps running on you PC expect some problems with screen refreshes, as those programs are not using the DR special libraries.

You should need to compile X server or VNC viewer for the DR and include code to handle refresh calls properly.
