Yes, and that is certainly one of the drivers in this one. I seem to have defaulted to MobiPocket and use it for everything apart from PDF's. A question with DRM is how many devices can I put a book on? I use my laptop to download books and then put them on the iLiad, would I then be able to place them on 2 Gen3's? If not I would just have to choose I guess.
I think the Gen3 would be perfect for travel as it will be more robust and battery life is better.
