On my wish list, I'd like for KCM to read the tags (which are in the .mbp files), just as calibre does (have an option, as it can be slow with a few thousand books) and then build the collections based upon that. That would eliminate a ton of work for those with large libraries, plus would let us maintain the info in Calibre (as most of us are doing), but then pop into KCM to fix the collections. Doing so would then be a matter of moments.

In an ideal world, KCM would update the tags to reflect the Collections value, as well. Which would let me easily update Calibre's tags from the Kindle.
