Works for any field Except Title:

Sort your book list (click the column) as needed.
Select the messed up or non-normalised records.
Click edit Meta-data. fix the value once.

For singl field, single books, there is a "Right-click" set "Case" to: tool.
Remembe any changes when in "Bulk" mode apply to ALL selected records.
