The same thing happened to me when I bought my Kindle 2 (delivered by DHL, I had to pay upon delivery). I contacted Amazon about it and they said it was a known problem and that they would solve it for me and contact DHL. It took them a little less than two weeks to get things cleared with DHL, and then it took another week and a half until I got my money back from DHL.
