Unlikely.

The Motorola Droid uses Linux as the underlying OS. Linux, like the Unix OS it was modeled after, has a userid called "root" which is the administrator account with all powers. System level changes on Linux systems require root access to perform.

Getting root access on a Droid is not an easy task.
