My PRS-600 is delivered today, and died today. Now, I have the usual home screen with an unusual exclamation mark in the middle of the screen, and "Restarting..." below, and, of course, blinking yellow light (once per second).
I tried: holding reset button (even more than a minute), pushing power button a few times, holding "<" and volume+ (more than two minutes). Nothing happened.
Connected to the computer via USB. Nothing happens, either on the computer or on the reader.
Only, I did not have a wall-charger (would small plug of iphone work?) but the reader is of full charge now.
Should I find a psp double cable? Is it not a usb cable in the end? I didn't get it, really.
I'd appreciate if anyone can help me.
Thanks
Actually, what you should do is return the 600 and get a 650. The 650 is so much better then the 600. The touch is excellent and the difference in the screens are night and day. The Pearl minus the touch layer just makes all the difference.
